The Copa Club is an experimental album- with all tracks recorded live in three different clubs by the amazing Dylan Seals. The album was recorded with the belief that live performances have an energy that simply cannot be duplicated in a studio environment, and the Copa's music shines when performed live. Its a great collection of interesting songs, sounds, and a wonderful reference to the Copa catalog. Some of the songs on this collection appear no where else, and the others are unique from their studio counterparts simply because of the limits of live recording. This album, however, does not feel limited in any way, rather, it sounds fueled by the extemporaneous nature of live performance.
